Spellbound: Halloween Entertaining Starts with a Signature Drink

A Halloween gathering doesn’t need an elaborate menu to feel memorable. Whether you’re hosting a girls’ night, gathering around the table for a little crafting, or planning a cozy evening for two, start with a signature drink, add a few favorite appetizers, and let the little details set the mood.

Our Spellbound collection brings together two cocktails and an alcohol-free option: floral, apple-bright Witch’s Brew, a blackberry-and-citrus Warlock’s Elixir, and sparkling Little Spell. Choose your favorite or offer a small menu so guests can find their own kind of magic.

Set the Scene

Halloween kitchen island with green and blackberry cocktails, a checkerboard cheese board, mushroom tartlets, apothecary bottles, and burgundy flowers.

Gather your glasses on a brass tray with burgundy flowers, a small black pumpkin, and battery-operated votives. Antique-style apothecary bottles add a playful finishing touch; keep decorative bottles separate from drink ingredients.

Pair your drinks with a cheese board, blackberries, olives, and crackers. For a movie night with friends or your favorite boo, add popcorn, a cozy throw, and a favorite Halloween flick. Or keep things simple with a Halloween nightcap after the last trick-or-treater has gone.

For a girls’ craft night, set out mini pumpkins to paint or supplies for making vintage-inspired potion labels. Keep drinks and appetizers on a separate serving tray to leave room for creating. A little music, a few thoughtful details, and something fun to make are all you need for a Spellbound evening. Sip. Craft. Laugh. Repeat.

Measure the still ingredients ahead and refrigerate them; shake individual servings with ice and add bubbles just before serving. Clearly label the alcoholic and alcohol-free options.

One thoughtful detail can set the mood for the whole evening.

Make it your own: Adjust sweetness and citrus to suit your taste. The finished color will vary with your apple juice and berries. For a little extra sparkle, use drink shimmer labeled edible and follow the package directions.

Alcoholic recipes are intended for adults 21 and older. Please enjoy responsibly.
